About us...

        Phil is a graduate of Lock Haven University where he received Bachelor of Science degree. He retired in 2001 from a fortune 500 company (Roadway Express, Corporation); after spending his last ten years managing the company's 34^th largest trucking terminal located in Laurel, Maryland.  He has received numerous prestigious awards for his management accomplishments.
        He enjoys photography and is an accomplished carpenter and home remodeler. Phil utilizes his housing knowledge to help his clients make solid buying and selling decisions.  He really does know what sells!

        Sue is a graduate of Penn State University and Shippensburg University, and holds a Master of Science degree in Counseling.  She has worked in various positions at colleges in Pennsylvania and Maryland.  First licensed to sell real estate in 1973, she has been a REALTOR^® in the Harrisburg area, Anne Arundel County, Maryland, and the Indian Valley where her family has lived for generations.
